1. Tell me about the weather at where you live. What is the weather like in each season? Which season do you personally like most?
Vietnam is a tropical country which has four seasons: spring, summer, fall and winter.
In the spring and summer, the weather is warm and humid.
So, I often go camping with my friends in the park.
On the other hand, fall and winter are different.
It is often windy and stormy.
The weather is so cold that I don't want to go out.
In summary, I like spring and summer the most.

2. How is the weather today at where you are? Is it cold, is it warm? Talk about today's weather in detail.
Now, it is summer in Hanoi.
Today's weather is very nice.
The temperature is about 25 degrees Celsius, so it's not too hot.
Plus, it is sunny and windy.
So, I think it is perfect for outdoor activities such as going to the park, playing football or going swimming.
According to the weather forecast, it is going to rain at night.
So, this is about the weather today.

3. Severe weather conditions can do a lot of damage. Tell me about an experience you had related to severe weather conditions. Perhaps a city was flooded, or maybe businesses or schools were closed due to heavy snow. What was the problem? How did people deal with the situation?
I remember when a heavy rain caused a serious flood in Hanoi.
There were strong winds and heavy rainfall.
There were floods all over the place.
Many houses and cars went underwater.
It was very dangerous, so many schools had to close for days.
Transportation had to be shut down.
People stayed at home and stored their food for days.
So, this was a serious weather condition I remember.

4.Tell me about the last time you bought a new piece of clothing. What did you need to buy and where did you find it? Were there any challenges or problems? Give me all the details.
When I was a kid, the summer used to be more pleasant.
The temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius.
So, I could do many outdoor activities.
I used to go fishing with my brother and play football with my friends on summer days.
However, it is extremely hot in the summer nowadays.
The temperature is about 35 degrees Celsius and everyone wants to stay inside to avoid the heat.
I think it is because of global warming.
So, this is the biggest difference.

GEOGRAPHY

1. Describe your country's geography for me. Are there mountains, lakes or rivers? What is your country like?
Vietnam is a tropical country with breathtaking landscapes.
First, it has long beaches with beautiful coastlines.
Second, it has many mountains and tons of forest.
Third, it has many popular vacation spots.
People can swim in the clear water of the sea or climb the mountain to explore the beauty of nature in Vietnam.
Lastly, our country has four different seasons which are spring, summer, fall and winter.
I think Vietnam is the most beautiful country in the world.
Vietnamese people are very lucky to live in this country.

2. I would like you to pick a favorite place in your country from your childhood. Describe that place in detail. What was your memory of that place?
I remember going to Ha Long Bay with my family when I was young.
It took us four hours to finally get there.
When I came there, I saw the blue sea, long beaches with the white sand.
Plus, the weather was amazing.
We swam in the sea and played volleyball on the beach.
Plus, we also went shopping at night markets to buy gifts for our families.
What I like the most was the seafood. It was so fresh and delicious.
I really enjoyed myself there.
Looking back, it was a memorable place to me.

3. People often have memorable or moving experiences when they explore their country's geography. You might have climbed a famous mountain or might have been to a beautiful beach. Tell me a memorable story of when you visited a natural place in your country.
I remember the first time going to Da Lat when I was a first-year student at university.
I went there with some of my friends on our summer vacation.
The local people were friendly and welcoming to us.
Plus, the weather was pleasant.
During our trip, we visited many famous tourist attractions there such as Xuan Huong Lake, Datanla Falls, LangBiang Mountain...
Plus, we also went shopping at night markets to buy gifts for our families.
I really enjoyed myself during the trip.
All in all, it was a great trip.

4. Tell me about an early memory of your country's geography. Perhaps it was a special place or an important landmark. What were your memories about that place?
I remember going to Da Nang beach for a vacation with my family when I was a kid.
We went to Da Nang and stayed at a beachside hotel.
The place had a great ocean view.
In the morning, we swam in the ocean and played with the sand on the beach.
We also took a lot of pictures and posted them up online.
In the evening, we went out for some seafood.
We took a walk along the beach and enjoyed the sunset.
Overall, I really enjoyed every minute of that vacation on the beach.
So this was a memorable place I visited.
