2. What do you usually do on the internet? Do you like to shop online? Do you like sharing videos with other people? Tell me about everything that you do online.
I usually use my smartphone to access the internet.
So, I can surf the internet whenever I want to.
First, I do online searches or read news articles.
Also, I chat with people on messaging apps.
I often have a chat with my friends on Facebook or Twitter...
Next, I listen to music or watch movies online.
I usually send good songs or funny videos to my friends.
Plus, I check the weather forecast.

3. Tell me about your early experience of surfing the internet. What do you remember particularly about that experience?
Back in the day, internet connection was quite slow.
So, it took me a long time to log on to websites.
I didn't even have a computer at home.
Every time I wanted to surf the internet, I had to log in the desktop computers at the school library.
But now, the Internet has become much faster.
Also, I can surf the web on my phone anytime, anywhere.
So, the Internet has changed the way I go online.

4. I'm sure you have things that you remember seeing on the internet. Talk about a memorable posting that you saw on the internet. Why was it memorable for you?
I remember seeing a posting about a talented girl on Facebook.
She was only 12 years old.
Her family was poor but she loved singing.
In the end, she became the winner in a singing competition.
The story about her dream was really inspiring.
She made me believe that good things will come if we try.
I watched her performances online and I really liked her beautiful voice.
So, it was a memorable posting I saw on the internet.

PHONE

1. What do you like most about your phone? Maybe you like the camera or maybe you like certain applications. Tell me why you like those features.
The thing I like the most about my phone is its design.
It is just about my hand size so it fits perfectly in my pocket.
Plus, it is very lightweight, so it is easy to carry.
Moreover, my phone has both front and back cameras so I can take many selfies.
The back camera helps me take high quality photos, I can capture beautiful moments and share them with my family and friends.
So, these are some features that I like about my phone.

There are many things my friends and I often talk over the phone about.
I often make free calls to my friends and co-workers every day.
First, I love to call my friends to ask them about their days.
Sometimes, I give them some updates on my life.
Sometimes, I ask for their advice when I have some problems at work.
I also call to invite them to lunch or dinner.
So, these are the phone calls I make every day.

4. How did you get to pick your current phone? Did someone recommend that phone to you? What were some things that made you buy that phone?
Let me tell you about how I chose my current phone
My first cell phone was a simple phone.
I was able to just make phone calls and send text messages, but that was it.
I needed a phone with more functions for my work, so I decided to change my phone.
A friend suggested for me to buy a smart phone from Samsung, which is amazing.
I can do a lot more on my phone now.
I can get access to the internet whenever I want to.
I think my life is much more convenient with my new smart phone.

1. What kinds of technology do people typically use in your country? Do people use computers, cell phones or hand-held devices? What are some common forms of technology that people use?
People in Vietnam use cell phones very often.
First, they send messages or make phone calls every day.
Second, they use cell phones to access the internet.
Other than that, they use laptops at work most of the time.
They do some projects on their laptops.
It helps them work more effectively.
They also use laptops to have online meetings.
So, these are some common devices that people use in my country.

I use my smartphone all the time and I do many things on my phone.

My first cell phone was a simple phone.
I was able to just make phone calls and send text messages, but that was it.
However, phones have changed a lot over the years.
They have become a lot better than in the past.
I can do a lot more on my phone now.

So, cell phones have developed so much over time.

4. Problems often come up because of our dependence on technology. Think about a time when you experienced a problem because some piece of technology was not working properly. Maybe your computer crashed or maybe your cell phone had no service. Tell me about a time when you had some kind of problem getting technology to work.
I use my phone throughout the day, so it runs out of battery quite often.
Once, my phone died when I was outside.
It was very inconvenient because my phone was dead.
I had to call someone, but I could NOT.
I had to check some messages but could NOT.
So, I went to a coffee shop to get my phone charged.
Since then, I always carry around my charger.
So, that's all about my problem with technology.
